When running Intel's Embree software on Windows and Linux, the Windows results with the default pathtracer came in just behind the tested Linux distributions but the Windows results were more competitive when making use of the Intel ISPC (SPMD Program Compiler) pathtracer.

With Intel's Scalable Video Technology (SVT) video encoders, the Windows 10 performance on the Core i9 10980XE was with the slowest Linux distributions tested while Clear Linux continued shining for being able to deliver the best Intel 64-bit Linux performance.

With x264, only Clear Linux was faster than Windows 10.
