The performance under Thrones of Britannia was even in greater favor of the Radeon GPUs with the open-source RADV Vulkan driver: the RX Vega 64 came out a few frames faster than the RTX 2060 while the RX 590 continued with its stronger performance compared to the GTX 1060.

The 2013 Tomb Raider release on Linux is rendered with OpenGL and rather light on today's hardware/drivers. Interestingly though the RX Vega cards were delivering better performance than the NVIDIA GPUs tested at 1080p.

With Total War: Warhammer II, one of the newest native Linux game ports by Feral Interactive and obviously using Vulkan, the RX Vega 64 performance came in line with the RTX 2060 at 1080p.
