Dota 2 with OpenGL was running about the same speed in these tests. No Dota 2 Vulkan tests due to hitting some hangs when using the RADV driver state as found in Ubuntu 17.04.

Mad Max is running faster with the Radeon drivers on Ubuntu 17.10, except for a sporadic crash when running R9 Fury with Wayland. No Vulkan results here due to the RADV driver as packaged in Ubuntu 17.04 hitting bugs.

Metro Last Light Redux is among the few games running into severe performance issues on (X)Wayland out-of-the-box on Ubuntu 17.10. But if switching to the X.Org session, the performance is faster than found on Ubuntu 17.04.
