Windows 10 19008 was also performing more aggressively with Intel's SVT video encoders with that new Windows 10 Insider Preview build now performing on-par with Ubuntu and with WSL/WSL2.

Windows 10 Build 19008 is performing better in general while the WSL1 performance doesn't see much movement from that May 2019 Update to this Insider Preview build.

LuxCoreRender performs better within WSL/WSL2 than under Windows itself. The WSL performance in fact did slightly better than Ubuntu.
