AMD Ryzen 7 Performance On Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Six Linux Distributions

With the Fhourstones benchmark, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS in its near final form was the slowest and right behind Windows 10 and Windows Server while Intel's Clear Linux was the fastest.

In a CacheBench write test, Windows was inline with five of the Linux distributions while Antergos 18.3 performed slower than the rest.

While with the read/modify/write test, Antergos and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS swapped places.

Fedora 28 was the fastest in the Crafty chess benchmark on this AMD Ryzen 7 system.

Windows Server 2016 seemed to run much slower than Windows 10 with the x264 video encoding performance, which was in line with the other Linux distributions.
