EFL's support for Wayland is also in good standing.

RebeccaBlack OS is supposed to handle running a nested Wayland instance too, but this current release was failing.

Overall, RebeccaBlack OS can be used for dabbling with Wayland/Weston, but at this point she doesn't have much more to offer. If you wish to try her out, she's available for testing.
