Linux KVM Continues Offering Much Better Out-Of-The-Box Performance Than VirtualBox
Unfortunately there are no Xen benchmarks as part of this comparison due to the Xen-enabled kernel having issues on this particular system.
In the new year will be a larger and more thorough round of Linux virtualization benchmarks on different hardware platforms. But for now, those wishing to dig through the rest of this data can find it on OpenBenchmarking.org.
