Ubuntu 19.04 Is Offering Some Performance Improvements Over Ubuntu 18.10, Comparison To Clear Linux

On the web browser front, with Ubuntu 18.10 sticking to the latest Firefox releases, there isn't a real difference between 18.10 and 19.04 with both using Firefox 66.0.1. With Clear Linux's simple re-packaging of Firefox 66.0.1, it was offering better performance thanks to underlying improvements in the stack.
