Intel P-State / CPUFreq CPU Scaling For Linux Gaming On Ubuntu 15.04

Metro Last Light Redux was doing the best with P-State, which is used by default on modern Ubuntu releases. Using the CPUFreq driver led to lower frame-rates and when switching to CPUFreq with its powersave mode the Metro Redux performance was extremely poor.

When running the OpenArena game, only in the CPUFreq powersave mode did it have a really noticeable impact on performance.

Oddly for SuperTuxKart the performance P-State mode led to lower frame-rates than the powersave mode. Then again, SuperTuxKart tends to perform odd and isn't used in too many of our graphics tests. The other results were in line with one another except for the CPUFreq powersave outlier.
