Windows 10 vs. Ubuntu 20.10 Performance With Intel Tiger Lake, AMD Renoir

The V-RAY renderer running on the CPU saw the Ryzen 5 4500U squeeze out slightly higher performance on Ubuntu 20.10 while the Tiger Lake performance was similar under Windows 10 2004 and Ubuntu 20.10.

Blender 2.90 continues performing much better on Linux over Windows.

The Appleseed renderer was seeing similar Windows vs. Linux performance on Renoir while the Core i7 1165G7 in the Dell XPS 13 9310 was seeing better results with Windows 10.

Python performance also continues to be much faster on Linux over Windows.
