AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX + RX 7900 XT Linux Support & Performance

From RDNA2 to RDNA3 is much improved ray-tracing performance but at least as it concerns the RADV Vulkan driver there still is known missing performance optimizations. So these Quake II RTX results aren't too surprising with the RX 7900 XT / RX 7900 XTX only dancing with the GeForce RTX 3090 but hopefully that will get into better shape soon with Mesa's RADV RT code.

The RADV RT code has also matured a lot even in just the past few months when previously its Vulkan ray-tracing performance was abysmal. It will be interesting to test the Radeon RX 7900 series cards with AMDVLK and the proprietary Vulkan driver too for seeing how that competes with the NVIDIA GPUs.
