In some of the benchmarks Linux 5.19 was delivering better performance than the stock 5.15 kernel for this AMD Rembrandt system.

Overall it was a competitive race between Windows 11 and Ubuntu 22.04 LTS on this ThinkPad X13 Gen 3 with Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U "Rembrandt" SoC. When it comes to OpenGL performance, RadeonSI Gallium3D as part of their open-source driver stack still continues to deliver better performance than the current Radeon Software for Windows OpenGL driver. For the CPU/system benchmarks it largely comes down to the individual workloads for which platform is faster. Those wishing to see even more Windows 11 vs. Linux benchmarks from this AMD Ryzen notebook can see this OpenBenchmarking.org result page for all of my tested numbers.
