AMD Raven Ridge Graphics On Linux vs. Lower-End NVIDIA / AMD GPUs
Unigine Superposition is pretty taxing on these low-end graphics processors even with the minimal settings.
Metro 2033 Redux and Metro Last Light Redux were unstable with the Ryzen 5 2400G but did run fine on the Ryzen 3 2200G, albeit slowly.
Long story short, with the current open-source Radeon Linux graphics stack, the Vega graphics found on the Ryzen 3 2200G and Ryzen 5 2400G largely compete with a GeForce GTX 750 for the discrete competition. But at least the graphics are faster than current-generation Intel graphics while Intel is still leading with CPU performance. Additional AMD Raven Ridge Linux benchmarks are forthcoming.
