Vulkan AMDGPU-PRO vs. RADV May 2017

When running The Talos Principle with Vulkan, the RADV numbers were much closer to AMDGPU-PRO with the exception of the RX 580. The RX 480 and R9 Fury performance relative to AMD's proprietary Vulkan driver is rather good in this instance.

With ultra quality settings for Sam2017 and using the Vulkan renderer, the RX 480 and R9 Fury were running very close to the AMDGPU-PRO results.
