The Max Max performance was also up by a few frames per second too. The R9 Fury doesn't appear to benefit from this DCC work as much as RX Vega 64 or the RX 580. Tests on other graphics cards are forthcoming.

With Serious Sam 3 BFE its performance is up by about 8% while the RX Vega 64 was up by almost 13%.

The synthetic VkMark benchmark is also seeing slightly higher performance out of today's Mesa 17.4-dev Git code.
