All of the Radeon hardware was tested atop Linux 4.11 Git + Mesa 17.1-dev with Ubuntu 17.04. The NVIDIA Maxwell/Pascal testing was done with its 381.09 Linux driver beta and for that the stock Ubuntu 17.04 kernel was used. Below are all of the system details.
A variety of OpenGL/Vulkan benchmarks were tested across this hardware for our Radeon RX 580 Linux testing using the open-source Phoronix Test Suite. Following these initial results are some thermal, CPU utilization, and power consumption metrics.
