ViennaCL appears to show a regressed state with the current ROCm release on Ubuntu 16.04.
The global memory bandwidth test in clpeak, of course, goes with the Radeon R9 Fury thanks to its HBM memory. It will be interesting to see how the RX Vega does with HBM2 memory.
