The older Unigine Sanctuary and Unigine Tropics tech demos of the Unigine Engine saw frame-rate improvements when upgrading from 304.51 to 310.14, but failed to run when attempting to use the threaded OpenGL optimizations.

Urban Terror and VDrift are just two more Linux games that saw improvements out of the 310.14 Beta driver but big regressions when turning on the threaded optimizations.
