Next up is a look at the performance-per-Watt for various games based upon the real-time AC power consumption polled by the Phoronix Test Suite during the automated benchmarking process for each of the games on each of the graphics cards.

While the RTX 2080 was generally competing with the GTX 1080 Ti when it came to raw Linux gaming performance, the newer Turing graphics card does have the advantage of being slightly more power efficient than the former Pascal card.

The NVIDIA Pascal and Turing graphics cards are all a great deal more power efficient than the current AMD Polaris and Vega graphics cards.
