Mesa 20.0's RADV + ACO Vulkan Driver Now Consistently Beating AMD's AMDVLK Linux Driver

Rise of the Tomb Raider, ported by Feral Interactive to Linux, continued showing better performance with RADV ACO over AMDVLK.

With the recent release of Shadow of the Tomb Raider for Linux, the RADV ACO results were comparable to AMDVLK but the RADV LLVM performance was slower. With AMDVLK, the Polaris GPU was crashing on the current AMDVLK release.
