Mesa 18.2 vs. 18.3 vs. 19.0 January Benchmarks For RadeonSI/RADV
For fans of ET: Legacy to relive Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, there is a performance regression with Mesa 19.0 but this game already runs very easily for years on any driver/GPU.
F1 2017 is tested as the latest F1 2017 Linux native game port on Vulkan while F1 2018 runs on Linux via Steam Play and running the Direct3D API calls through DXVK. Both F1 2017 and F1 2018 saw stable performance throughout the Mesa RADV versions tested with no real changes in performance for either graphics card.
Rise of the Tomb Raider's performance was largely unchanged too unless counting a one FPS gain or so off Mesa 19.0.
