Mesa 17.3 With RADV Vulkan Running Great With Polaris, Starts To Outperform AMDGPU-PRO

AMDGPU-PRO's OpenGL driver still isn't working out with Dawn of War 3.

The AMDGPU-PRO Vulkan driver does work with Dawn of War III. At 1080p, the RX 580 on RADV was 14% faster than RadeonSI.

While at 4K, the AMDGPU-PRO 17.3 driver was again a few frames faster.

While at low quality settings the AMDGPU-PRO Vulkan driver was faster, when hitting the higher quality levels, RADV sprung ahead on the RX 580 for Serious Sam 3: BFE.

Like with the RX Vega 64, AMDGPU-PRO is faster than RADV for The Talos Principle.
