With the light ioquake3-based Reaction game, with the high-end Kepler and Southern islands / Hawaii hardware, there were still several hundred frames per second being pushed out with the proprietary AMD and NVIDIA graphics drivers. The Radeon HD 7850 performance though continued to be quite odd and struggling tremendously at the 4K resolution.

Xonotic with Ultra quality settings still lead to playable frame-rates on the tested hardware when at 3840 x 2160 with the proprietary AMD and NVIDIA drivers on the high-end graphics cards.

Ultimate quality settings in Xonotic still was allowing a playable 3840 x 2160 Ultra HD experience for all of the high-end AMD Radeon and NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards except for the Radeon HD 7850.

There's a few more 3840 x 2160 Linux OpenGL game benchmarks on the AMD side (the NVIDIA 331.20 driver wasn't liking the id Tech 4 games).
