The GnuPG file encryption results were not dramatic between the virtual machine guests and host.

OpenSSL was not affected by any overhead when virtualized.

The Gcrypt results were also uneventful.

It was another close game when it came to Ogg audio encoding performance although KVM did again have a very diminutive lead over the Oracle virtualization platform.
