The Radeon RX 5600 XT is focused on delivering the best 1080p gaming performance, so that was the focus of our testing. In some games like Dawn of War III where the newer GPUs already run well with Vulkan, we see the RADV driver appearing to have higher overhead than NVIDIA in their frame-rates plateauing lower than with the NVIDIA Linux driver.

The native Linux port of HITMAN with OpenGL saw the RX 5600 XT nearly matching the RTX 2060.

Or with the newer HITMAN 2 game that runs on Linux via Steam Play with DXVK, the RX 5600 XT was just ahead of the RX Vega 64 and in turn frames higher than the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. Right where it should be performing based upon AMD's reference results for Windows.
