Python as shipped by Intel's Clear Linux offers pretty aggressive performance compared to the other Linux distributions. Clear Linux had a near sweep for delivering the best Python performance on this AMD Ryzen 9 9950X desktop.

PHPBench benchmark with settings of PHP Benchmark Suite. Clear Linux 42170 was the fastest.

The PHP performance offered on Intel's Clear Linux continues to be quite dominating with its Profile Guided Optimizations (PGO) and other tuning. CachyOS also managed to deliver great performance for PHP that nearly matched Clear Linux while upstream Arch Linux happened to be the slowest.
