While earlier Mesa releases saw great gains for Intel Haswell, it seems Intel's
open-source developers have squeezed as much as they can out of the HD Graphics
4600 performance for the time being.
Once GL4 support is fully in place and Broadwell Linux support in good shape,
we will see some more Mesa performance improvements.
