Intel Xeon Platinum 8490H "Sapphire Rapids" Performance Benchmarks

These benchmarks were done with OpenVINO 2022.2.dev given that was the latest when starting my Q4 round of server CPU benchmarking while I've since incorporated OpenVINO 2022.3 that has further optimizations and will be featured in the follow-up Sapphire Rapids CPU benchmarks.

Overall the Xeon Platinum 8490H was performing very well with Intel's OpenVINO AI toolkit, but let's move on to some other workloads as well since not everything is AI-related, yet.
