First up with the very basic OpenArena test, the HD Graphics 530 proved to be a noticeable upgrade over the Haswell HD Graphics 4600 of the i7-4790K. As expected though, the Broadwell i7-5775C with Iris Pro 6200 graphics was much faster. At least though the HD Graphics 530 were now out-performing the AMD Kaveri APUs.

Tesseract shows a very small boost in performance between the i7-4790K and i5-6600K, but there is a significant difference when compared to the i7-4770K, perhaps due to that system being limited to 512MB of video memory by its BIOS. The Core i5 6600K with HD Graphics 530 were competitive with the Radeon R7 Graphics of the high-end AMD Kaveri APUs.

Unigine Valley obviously is a struggle for all of these integrated graphics solutions on their open-source drivers... The i5-6600K was just one notch above the Haswell Core i7 CPUs tested.
