I also ran some traditional OpenGL tests on the Core i7 4790K system with Ubuntu 16.10, Mesa Git, and Linux 4.9 Git.

For those hoping to see greater OpenGL performance on Haswell out of the upcoming Mesa 13.0, sadly there wasn't much of a difference to see.

At least no regressions to see out of Mesa 12.1-dev/13.0 or Linux 4.9 with Haswell and these GL tests.

Well, that's the latest data for Haswell on Mesa with OpenGL and Vulkan. The Vulkan implementation still appears slower than the mature OpenGL driver, the OpenGL driver remains at GL 3.3 compliance for Mesa 13.0, and there isn't much of a performance difference to see out of Mesa Git or Linux 4.9.
