The performance out of Google's Axion processor was rather impressive considering its their first-generation in-house data center processor design compared to Amazon already being on its fourth generation Graviton design.

ClickHouse benchmark with settings of 100M Rows Hits Dataset, First Run / Cold Cache. C4A Axion was the fastest.

The Google Cloud C4A performance proved to be very competitive to or often even faster than the Graviton4-based R8g instance with Amazon Web Services.
