Benchmarking The New Optimization Level In GCC 4.8

Starting with the OpenMP GraphicsMagick benchmarks, the -Og optimization level was noticeably faster than the default -O0 optimization level in all of the test results for this open-source imaging program. In some of the less intense workloads, the -Og performance was nearly in par with the higher optimization levels while the rest of the time was generally floating in between the performance levels of -O0 and -O1.
