Firefox 69 + Chrome 77 On Windows 10 vs. Ubuntu / Clear Linux Benchmarks

Firefox 69.0.2 was running on all of the operating systems under test.

With the various Firefox browser benchmarks, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 19.10 tended to run neck-and-neck most often. Windows recorded a win for Octane while Intel's Clear Linux picked up wins for ARES-6, WebXPRT Basemark, JetStream, CanvasMark, and Speedometer.
