Fedora 17 vs. Fedora 18 Benchmarks

With both Fedora 17 and Fedora 18 relying upon the GCC 4.7.2 compiler, there isn't any measurable change out of the new Fedora Linux release for many of the popular computational benchmarks. There were also no major changes between the Linux 3.3 and Linux 3.6 kernels that yielded performance differences in either direction for the Intel Core i7 3960X and Core i7 3770K CPUs in the processor-focused tests.
