The OpenJDK 11 Java performance continues to favor Linux over the BSDs. With DragonFlyBSD 6.0 there was some uplift over the prior DragonFly release as well as where FreeBSD 13.0 is performing.

With the LibRaw RAW image decoder benchmark the DragonFlyBSD 6.0 performance now effectively matched Ubuntu 21.04.

Interestingly with John The Ripper's Blowfish benchmark the BSDs were all outperforming Ubuntu 21.04.

Under the GraphicsMagick imaging benchmarks, FreeBSD 13.0 was picking up a number of wins -- in part due to its LLVM Clang compiler default but its GCC-based run was also performing well.
