Stargate Digital Audio Workstation benchmark with settings of Sample Rate: 44100, Buffer Size: 512. Core i5 14400F was the fastest.

Moving onto various creator workloads, the Stargate digital audio workstation was enjoying the best performance on the Core i5 14400F over the Ryzen 5 8400F due to the core/thread count advantage.

GIMP benchmark with settings of Test: unsharp-mask. Core i5 14400F was the fastest.
GIMP benchmark with settings of Test: resize. Ryzen 5 8400F was the fastest.
GIMP benchmark with settings of Test: rotate. Core i5 14400F was the fastest.
GIMP benchmark with settings of Test: auto-levels. Core i5 14400F was the fastest.

With the GIMP image manipulation program, the results varied with some wins for AMD and some for Intel. The Ryzen 5 8400F though was typically consuming less power here than the Core i5 14400F.
