Conclusion:

The Gigabyte 3D Mercury is professionally built and integrates their 3D Galaxy water cooling system. The quality of the case is very good and Gigabyte engineers obviously invested some time in designing both the interior and exterior to this chassis. The interior is very spacious and we had no problems installing our hardware inside or working around the water cooling setup. Although the case itself is physically huge, with the aluminum construction, this system is light enough to be able to transport easily with the water cooling system installed. While this water cooling performance wasn't amazing, it's a noticeable improvement over a stock cooling solution. For the price, there is really nothing to complain about as for $375 USD you get a nicely styled aluminum case with a completely integrated water cooling solution. We would recommend this case to anyone who is thinking about taking the dive, but hesitant because or fear of trouble with assembling their own water cooling solution.
