Windows 11 was in remarkably good shape competing against Ubuntu Linux on the Ryzen 9 7950X with a much more competitive standing than I am used to seeing in past similar benchmarks.

The out-of-the-box Windows 11 performance also tended to be closer to the Linux amd-pstate "performance" governor state than the default amd-pstate schedutil state.
