Corsair Flash Voyager 4GB
Launched last week was the Corsair Flash Voyager 4GB that expanded their USB flash media line-up to an expanded capacity that is twice of their previous flagship CMFUSB2.0-2GB. After we had reviewed the Flash Voyager 512MB this past January, we were quite pleased by its abilities along with being the fastest read/write speeds we had ever tested at the time. Although recently the OCZ Rally 2GB in its Phoronix review was able to overtake the speed status, we have the Flash Voyager 4GB with us today to see if a new winner shall be crowned when it comes to flash memory devices. Continue as we stress the 4GB Flash Voyager even further than we had its 512MB sibling.

Since we had reviewed the Flash Voyager 512MB nearly a year ago, Corsair has slightly revised the paper insert that is used inside the plastic packaging. Corsair has changed to a black/silver combination for the insert as well as showing the 4GB capacity and Maximum PC's Kick Ass award. Inside of the packaging was the mini CD, lanyard, and USB extension cable. Contained on the CD are the Corsair Flash Voyager Utility as well as the Microsoft Windows 98 drivers and finally the English version of the user's manual in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
