We must say, after looking at some of other KickButtComputers’ projects but prior to receiving our Phoronix unit we were extremely impressed by the pictures we had seen but until we had the chassis in our hands, we hadn’t realized just how bad ass the system really looked. Although it had taken nearly two months from start to finish, as this is the first military/combat-themed chassis off the assembly line at KickButtComputers, its design had went through several revisions before eventually being refined to what we have now. In nearly all aspects, we were blown away by what KickButtComputers had presented to us in terms of appearance, and performance. The talented folks had engineered most all aspects of the system from the lighting, cabling, and then finally the diamond plated design, which was created by a CAD professional with some of the best tools available in the industry. Although personal preference weights greatly in whether or not you like a particular themed system, if you’re looking for a kick butt pre-modded chassis then you should turn to the extremely talented group of people over at KickButtComputers. We would like to thank KickButtComputers.com for their continued support and fabulous work done on the Combat-themed chassis with Phoronix customizations to display our support for the United States Armed Forces.
