COREBOOT
For those with a first-generation Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon laptop, it's now supported by mainline Coreboot.

The X1 Carbon (Gen1) should now work with Coreboot Git after the port was completed and based on the older ThinkPad X230 port. The porting was done by Alexander Couzens.

Details on this latest laptop/ultrabook being supported by Coreboot can be found via this commit.
