Wine Staging 2.17 is now available as the latest experimental/testing build of Wine with various patches added in.

Wine-Staging 2.17 is notable for those trying to run Direct3D 11 Windows games on Linux as there are patches added in for supporting interpolation modifiers in pixel shaders and generating mipmap levels based on shader resource views. These D3D11 features in Wine-Staging 2.17 should fix rendering problems in Witcher 3, Overwatch, and Prey.
