WebKitGTK+ Hit Hard By Over 100 Security Vulnerabilities

WebKitGTK+ WSA-2015-0002 was made public today as a security advisory with more than 100 vulnerabilities being mentioned.

WSA-2015-0002 cites 134 CVE security vulnerabilities with some of them being opened back in 2013. The security vulnerabilities range in scope a lot as outlined by the details posted to WebKitGTK.org.

The scope of damage is outlined via this Fedora mailing list message posted this afternoon with dozens of them affecting the many WebKitGTK+ packages in Fedora 22/23. Many of the vulnerabilities allow for remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause denial of service.
