For those of you running Ubuntu Touch/Phone, once updating your default calculator app you'll be presented by the brand new "calculator reboot" app.

Ubuntu's original calculator for phones has been rewritten over the past few months to improve the experience similar to their reboot on enhancing other core apps. The new calculator adds support for a scientific mode, adds a favorite history, adds validation of long strings with operators and numbers, and many other changes.

Those wishing to find out more about the new calculator app for Ubuntu on phones can see this blog post by Ubuntu developer Riccardo Padovani.
