Tizen 3.0 Milestone Released, Finishes Replacing X.Org With Wayland
The Tizen Project has announced the Tizen 3.0 first milestone release for TV and Mobile devices.
This Tizen 3.0 milestone is making use of the Linux 4.0 kernel, 64-bit SoC support, a new security architecture, the X Server is replaced with Wayland, WebKit2 is replaced by Chromium-EFL, Buxton2 was added, and various other package additions/updates.
