Systemd 220 Has Finally Been Released

The systemd 220 release brings its new (U)EFI boot manager derived from Gummiboot, Btrfs support improvements, a reboot to EFI setup option, the elimination of shutdownd, and other work.
Some of the other work includes splitting the Gudev library off into its own library, exposing a CPUUsageNSec property, reduced risk of EFI system partition corruption by automatically unmounting it, many networkd improvements, and much more.
