Razer Confirms Acquiring OUYA Software

Razer has acquired OUYA's software assets, which they'll be looking to add to Razer's product offerings. This also goes with Razer's "commitment to open platform development and game developers". Besides acquiring their IP, Razer has also hired OUYA's technical team and developer relations personnel.
Razer will be working to have OUYA gamers transition over to Razer's Forge TV game console. Razer didn't acquire OUYA's hardware as part of this deal.
Razer Forge TV is a $150 USD Android TV powered micro-console for gaming and entertainment.
