RadeonSI Patches For Compiling Optimized Shader Variants Asynchronously

This latest series is what was covered a few days ago for shader variant optimizations and compiling optimized shader variants asynchronously.
Those latest patches are now in Mesa Git for Mesa 13.1-dev.
I'll be running some fresh RadeonSI OpenGL vs. RADV Vulkan tests and other fresh AMD/NVIDIA Linux driver tests for some fun (US) Thanksgiving articles, stay tuned for those fresh Git numbers in the next few days.
