Version 15.05 of OpenWRT, the Linux distribution popular with network routers and other embedded devices, has been officially released. OpenWRT 15.05 is codenamed after the Chaos Calmer cocktail.
OpenWRT 15.05 is using the Linux 3.18 kernel, features improved security via support for hardened builds and support for jails, improved networking support via a large array of improvements, new platform and driver support, and a variety of other enhancements.
