If You Liked Yesterday's OpenBenchmarking.org Preview

This second beta of Phoronix Test Suite 3.0, which further integrates OpenBenchmarking.org support, is now available for testing. To ensure a successful 3.0-Iveland and OpenBenchmarking.org launch from the SCALE 9x conference, feel free to try out this latest version of our open-source automated testing/benchmarking platform and be sure to submit your results at the end to OpenBenchmarking.org.
Compared to the first Iveland beta from just over a week ago, Beta 2 brings support for logging into your OpenBenchmarking.org account (well, once the service goes public to everyone), major improvements to the OpenBenchmarking.org MIME launcher (to be demonstrated in a video on Phoronix within the next two weeks), and the openbenchmarking-refresh command has been added to refresh the repository indexes for test profiles/suites.
Besides OpenBenchmarking.org improvements on the Phoronix Test Suite side, there is also a rewritten CSV generator for test results (it continues to be accessible via the result-file-to-csv argument), smarter dynamic run count handling, updates to the ~/.phoronix-test-suite/user-config.xml specification, openSUSE external dependency updates, and support for a new graphing type (filled line graphs) via pts_Graph.
This latest 3.0 snapshot can be downloaded at Phoronix-Test-Suite.com. More information on other features of both OpenBenchmarking.org and Phoronix Test Suite 3.0 will be talked about in the coming weeks leading up to the "Iveland" launch from Los Angeles.
